Why are your
items so cheap compared to high street shop prices?
The reason is that the
business is run online to reduce overheads thereby keeping the retail price
low.
We also will only buy items from authorised distributors so you know that
you are getting a genuine product at the best price.
The item I want is a gift - will there be an invoice included with the product that shows the price?
Yes there will be a printed invoice included as this is used for proof of purchase if you need to claim under warranty for any faults.
If you don't want an invoice included please just let us know and we will then not insert details of the price paid.
How long
will my item take to arrive?
This depends on the service
you choose. As a general rule, most items are posted the day after purchase so
we have a long list of delighted customers who testify to the service we give.

What if my
item is faulty?
In the unlikely event that
an item you buy from us is faulty when you receive it please contact us
immediately and we will organise a replacement. If a fault develops after this
but during the warranty period, the manufacturer will usually deal with the
replacement (so keep your eBay receipt which will be enclosed with the item you
buy). In the event of problems dealing with the warranty we will be happy to
liaise with the manufacturer and keep the customer satisfied.
What if my
item gets lost in the post?
For missing or delayed items
we will handle your complaint directly. Please contact us if you are concerned
and, if necessary, courier claims will be dealt with by us. Many other sellers
will just hand you the tracking proof and expect you to claim yourself - not us
though! We want to provide the BEST SERVICE on the Internet. If you are not
happy, tell us.
Will you
leave feedback?
When your item has arrived, please leave us feedback and then we will automatically leave you feedback too.
If you have a problem with the item you purchased, or it has not arrived, please email us so that we can resolve the problem. Please don't leave us negative feedback until we have at least had a chance to remedy any complaints.
