I prefer to be sent an invoice from your paypal stating the full amount. It means a faster transaction for the both of us! Please also always let me know when the item has been posted out, so that I can give you +better detailed feedback for communication! Even if there is a small glinch, please feel assured to always let me know this, as I'm more understanding than you might think. However, although I will go out of my way to help you, please also understand that it is your responsability as a seller to make sure the transactions at your end run smoothly. I really don't like having to chase up after transactions :( I would rather pay and recieve my item at an orderly time.
I don't like leaving Neg Feedback but it is the inevitable when sellers leave me with no other option but a bad experience with them.

PAY ATTENTION! 
I really don't appreciate liars :( Any sketchy business and I will be sure to report it to ebay. I will also be sure to state why neg feedback was left. This is a business site, with real money involved, professionalism is expected. I don't take "bereavement" excuses either. I also have noticed that I'm having to deal with a lot of 'inaccurately described items..again please bare it in mind sellers, that I'm here to do business, not play with monopoly money. Don't waste my time, don't try to cheat me, and don't take me for a fool.  If the issues cannot be resolved maturely, negative feedback is the inevitable last resort for bad sellers.

REFUNDS: Where refunds are concerned, if seller is in the wrong..i.e inaccurate item description, damaged item recieved, no item recieved.. I except refunds in FULL. That means the amount i paid in postage included & as well as postage fare to post item BACK to YOU.  Again, negative feedback is the inevitable when the seller fails to communicate, shows lack of care for their mistake, continues to deny the issue that they're at fault with.. So it is in my right to share with the world, my experience of doing business with you. For bigger cases, I will open dispute via paypal and get all my money back that way, thanks. If I get sent inappropriate/harassing emails from a seller, be sure that I will report it straight away.

  

Reasons for my Neg feedback. (Without meaning to sound petty, I just want to give an honest explanation of my experience. As there is never enough space to state my entire explanation in feedback, or else I would have done it that way. .)

1-  http://myworld.ebay.co.uk/made-in-pink - Inaccurate descriptions. Offered no refunds of any sort although claiming to have done so in 'follow up feedback'. Claims to have left me accidental follow up feedback, I was supposedly mistaken for another customer. ANOTHER customer with the same complaint as mine. Very appauling and unprofessional. Please be wary. I received no sort of refund nor any offers of one.

 2- http://myworld.ebay.co.uk/69_hot/ - Beware of really insincere seller. Buys items via Ebay that are clearly inaccurately sized, then tries to sell them off few days later, STILL stating it as the inaccurate size. After checking her feedback closely, I can only assume by what i see that she tries to get more $ than items are worth/she purchased for as a way to make back her lost money. Be sure to check for yourself though, and make your own mind up. Offers refund(£1.72) w/o postage charges. I guess she also expected me to pay for postage back to her. No remorse/apology for her mistakes, still denies it.  *update* Sends me negative statements that conflict with the positive rating she gave me. Reported. Then she sends me an inappropriate bitter email outside of ebay, filled with profanity regarding my picture on the right, in regards to the size of the skirt. Also reported.

3- amyjxxx - I won the auction on 28th Feb, and paid straight away via paypal. I checked my paypal to see the status, but payment was left 'unclaimed', I contacted her, she told me she was having trouble with paypal and would send the item asap. I send numerous emails to find out more about situation, to which she only replies to one, saying that she is a first time seller, and that she can't verify her paypal account. I attempted to help with the issue but seller seemed uninterested by the lack of email/communication after that. I have recieved no contact/info since. I requested her contact details, but there was no answer when I called her. Seems the seller might have changed her mind about selling the high value item because my winning bid was a little over 12.5% ot it. Still no contact, refuses to communicate or even specify another method of payment to me. From my point of view, it is the seller's responsabilty to ensure that payments can be cleared at their end, via their own stated preferred payment methods, before auctioning their items. Reported for breaching Seller Non-Performance Policy.

4- kifte_77 - I bought a phone from a uk seller, which came with a usb cable and a uk plug to charge it with. As soon as I recieved it, attempted to charge it and it never worked, instead the phone wouldn't even switch on. So I let the seller know and they sent me a second plug..which also didn't work. I let the seller know and they seemed persistant to believe that it DOES work. It DOES NOT. I recieved another message telling me to try again. Honestly, don't waste my time. I paid a full price, I expect the full working description of what I paid for. I left them honest neg feedback and recieved an abusive message right after. Thankyou for that, I'll be reporting it.

*I only pay via Paypal so that both seller and myself are covered. I always pay straight away in a fast and easy transaction, I expect the same curtesy from sellers.*
