My name is Helen and i have a passion for photography and dogs which led me to making cards, i make and sell cards in a shop in Caerphilly, online i sell at Photobox, here and my website.

Through my own Website and ebay i will also be supplying my photographic images which are mostly geared towards Greeting Cards to other card and crafters and small and home businesses.

All able to use for either Personal, Commercial and resellers and all affordable, re-sizeable and all designed and processed ready to use, all taken by myself so no copyright worries from third parties.

Reseller Collections can be sold AS IS or in singles on your website or blog to your customers who then use them in their card, crafting business needs. They can sell the products they make and design as can you to end users.

No reselling in a RESELLER PROGRAMME. These collections are available on my website but they are exclusive one off's.

In all instances copyright is retained by me and i retain all rights to use the image in my card, craft, advertising, portfolio etc.

You may not enter images into photographic competitions/magazine digital or published. You may not offer the rights of the image to any publishers/ mass producing company.

You may not recolour the image.

You may add textures and layers or effects but this does not stop me from adding those layers, textures and effects and selling also.

I reserve the right to use images on this website in my own products and crafts and to sell derivitive items retail.

1: You may not offer these images as freeware or shareware and must make sure that the images are displayed in such a way that if they are illegally copied, they are of a file size small enough not to be printable or of much use, illegal copies are not my responsibilty and i can not be held responsible for an increase in the amount of images which were limited edition due to illegal copying or use. The image must not be sold for under 25p per single image/design or £1 a collection

2: You may not recolour or turn these images black and white.

3: You can not put the image onto websites such as cafe press, zazzle or photobox that sell the image on cards, mugs, tshirts etc
4: These images are not exclusive to you, new images that may be similar to yours are also sold.

I also reserve the right to sell the image with layers and textures added or different colours or crops or opacity. You are getting the use of the image sold as seen, if you add a texture, it doesn't stop me selling the image with a texture.

If you crop an image, it doesn't stop me selling the image cropped etc.

Any changes that you make to the appearance of the original image does not make the image yours.

This applies to all images whether 1 or 100 have been sold.

Please show a credit back to me on your website or page where the image is on.

For all images and licenses  i retain all rights to enter into competitions, prints, and any other publication (you do not get rights to enter the image into any competitions, publications etc or pass it off as your on work. You may not enter the image into Card or Stock agencies.

You may enter designs you make with the image into craft and card making magazines to showcase your work, but when doing so you must say that the original image was supplied by me.

There is no limit to the number of times you can sell the image nor is there a time limit invloved.

Remember that images print better when using the correct quality paper, Photo paper works best and you will get a better quality of print and product.
Correct printer settings also make a huge difference to a printed product. This is advice i would offer to you or your customers to get the best results

Colours displayed will appear different on different monitors, websites etc and will print differently on various models of printer and ink cartridges. I am not responsible for the inability or poor print out of an image, or for advising of the correct settings to use with your printer or software.

All images are printed out by me and used in my own cards and crafts or competition entries and they print perfectly for me. ( i am only using a £65 photo printer and general use 190gsm photo paper)
