I do not purchase items and then sell them on ebay.
All items are sold on behalf of the owners, in return for a percentage of the final auction price, with goods varying from Louis Vuitton cases and Chanel jewellery to second hand clothes and bikes.
Returns policy
The intention of every listing is to provide an accurate description of the item(s) - no attempt to mislead, and the feedback bears this out - for items sold on an auction basis (the majority) returns are only considered appropriate in the event of the item being 'significantly not as described' .
Occasionally items are sold on a BIN basis - these are covered under the distance selling regulations.
In the unlikely event of disatisfaction with any purchase or breakage issues incurred in the dispatch process, please contact me within three days of receipt to advise of the issue and to seek an acceptable remedy.
Postage costs for the return of the item are not paid should any refund be considered appropriate.
