Heritage of Scotland customer service is there to take your query at
any time during our office hours (Monday to Friday 8:00-17:00 GMT).
We recommend that you send us a message. In most cases we respond
within the first 24 hours of contact, during weekdays.
For short and

If you are not comfortable
with the internet, you can always give us a call. So if you have any
questions about our products, orders, any general questions, or you
just want to share something with us, we will be happy to speak to you.

Once we receive the payment, we
send your order immediately
(at the latest – the day after). The
delivery time is usually 1-3 days, however it might take longer
(usually up to 7 days) . Please
note that international orders delivery may take longer. Fedex
or City link courier services are AVAILABLE on request. Please email us
if you wish to use any of these services. Please be aware that we
cannot take liability for shipment unless courier service chosen.
If you need your order by a CERTAIN DATE (like a wedding or birthday),
please CONTACT US! We will always
do our best to help resolve any
problems.
We kindly ask you to remember that you are responsible for

parcel collection. If there's a DELAY in your order delivery,
please contact us IMMEDIATELY so we can sort it out. In rare cases when
the goods are returned, and you
request us to resend it, an additional charge will apply. A shipping
charge is also deducted from any refunds and unclaimed

return it and

a slip-up on our part, we will cover all the costs considering the
exchange. If there is a mistake made by you, you will be asked to cover
the postage fees.
To open the return or exchange
procedure the item has to be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Please note that all the made-to-order and made-to-measure products are
non- returnable as well as all the heathergems we offer. Note also,
that the colour of the ordered heathergem may be different than on the
picture as it's a natural products and no heathergem will ever be the
same as the other one.
