Whether your purchase is large or small we always pack carefully using new and where possible bio-degradable materials. We do this since we also buy on EBay and have had experience with how some items arrive. We like to feel that our customers will receive their items in one piece and without any disappointment and aggravation that damaged goods can cause.

We accept returns for genuine reasons but we hope our customers will be pleased with their purchases and will therefore leave positive feedback.
However, in the unlikely event that you have a problem with your purchase please contact us first and give us the opportunity to resolve the problem if we can.
If items do have to be returned they should be in or parcelled with their original packaging and the buyer is responsible for return postage.

Wherever possible, we dispatch the same day if purchased before midday.
Weekends and bank holidays excluded.
