Thanks to new technology there is now a wide range of easy to use tests that make it simple to take an active interest in staying healthy. Testing at home enables a discreet way to check your health.
We at Home Health have tried and tested every kit that we sell on this site and have chosen those tests which we believe to be the simplest, most accurate and the best value for money.
When caught in the early stages, potentially serious illnesses are much easier to treat.
An early diagnosis may detect a disorder at an easily treatable stage. All our selected tests can be carried out in the privacy of your home. They are designed to spot problems before there are any obvious signs or symptoms.
If you have any symptoms that worry you and the test is negative you should still visit your doctor. Positive results are not common and even then may not be a symptom of anything serious. It important that any positive result, even pregnancy, is followed up by a doctor visit.
When using any of our tests please read the enclosed leaflets in detail before carrying out the test and note any special instructions, as any small mistake can alter the result of the test.

Home Health (U.K.) Ltd understand the difficulty in ordering a product based on an image and description. If you do have any questions about any of our tests or require any additional information please contact us at info@homehealth-uk.com and we will try to help you.
These terms will not affect your statutory rights.
Shipping Information
We will require a full delivery address when your order is placed. It is our policy that all products sold on our site are priced INCLUSIVE of V.A.T. and with FREE DELIVERY - with no hidden extras. We aim for NEXT DAY DELIVERY via 1st class Royal Mail (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Any order received by us before 12.00pm Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day.
Products indicated as 'In Stock' are available at our warehouse for despatch once your order is accepted. Items may be sent separately, so don't worry if your entire order doesn't arrive in one parcel.
All goods are despatched in standard Royal Mail approved plain boxes.
Overseas Customers
To keep things simple our pricing for overseas (outside the U.K.) customers is the same as for persons in the U.K. You will be charged in U.K. pounds and there is no rebate for V.A.T. This is because our goods will be shipped by Air Mail, which incurs much higher shipping charges. Delivery timings should be the same as for other Air Mail shipments to the country where delivery is required.
Your Privacy
We at Home Health UK are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. As a customer your privacy is very important to us and we will NOT pass your details on to anyone else.
Once you have placed an order with us, your name and e-mail address will be added to our customer file. As a customer we may e-mail you from time to time to give you details of new products or to warn you the test you purchased from us is close to its expiry date. If you do not wish to receive any more e-mails from us, please send us an e-mail at mailto:info@homehealth-uk.com?subject=remove and you will be immediately removed from our mailing list.
The type of information we will collect about you includes:
- Your name
- Address
- Phone number - if you provided it
- E-mail address
- Purchase details
- Credit/debit card details.
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by e-mailing us at customerinfo@homehealth-uk.com. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
We may in the future use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

Privacy of Order
All orders are shipped in plain outer boxes with no indication of product type, or any other description of the product.
