| Parcels are
collected from us by City Link or Fastway On a Tuesday and Thursday
afternoon..
(Excluding Bank Holidays).
We aim to dispatch products
within 2 working days of receiving payment (slightly longer if blinds
have to be altered)
You will be required to check
the delivery for damage on arrival. If this is not possible please sign
as unchecked to prevent voiding your insurance
Any damage must be notified to
us within 48 hours if not already noted on the delivery slip when
signing for your item
It is your resposibility to
supply the correct address
The courier will make 2 attempts
to deliver and will leave a call card on the 1st attempt with details
for you to contact them and rearrange delivery for when you are in.
They will hold the parcel for up to 5 working days. If order are not
collected and returned to our depo city link will charge an additional
£16 which, we will have to pass on
Orders received after 12pm
Thursday are dispatched on the following Tuesday. (except Bank holidays)
