House of Hirudinea is my Ebay exclusive outlet for the many strange and wonderful creations that I make, ranging from original clothing designs to jewellery, hats and other headwear, plus a wide range of other accessories, based on an eclectic style mix of goth,steampunk and anachronistic post-apocalyptic- basically my dress sense!
I work mainly as a freelance illustrator but my artistic abilities also extend to physical crafting, and the end result is what you see here at House of Hirudinea.

I try my best to treat my buyers in the same way I expect to be treated as a buyer- no hidden charges, quick delivery and good communication. And, of course, great products!
No Hidden Charges
I always send items via insured and trackable methods for both yours and my peace of mind, and I charge for postage only which I try to calculate as correctly as I can. I recycle packaging as much as possible to cut down on waste and costs,although I ensure that every parcel is shipped securely. Nor do I charge you for my 'time'- my post office is five minutes walk away!
Usually I issue a refund if I've made a mistake and signifigantly overcharged on postage.
Quick Delivery
I try my best to send out items as soon as possible but if there will be a delay of more than a couple of days I will let you know.
Which brings me neatly to.....

Because I don't sell in bulk I have more time to give each of my customers individual treatment with their purchases, so I will always keep you informed about any potential delays or problems.
