It was around this time I married my wife, Rachael and at the same that I got myself qualified as a hypnotherapist, but the story does not end here.

One of my friends who lived in the block of flats had a condition called Tinnitus (noises in their ear).
I focused the next few months researching and helping him and others with their Tinnitus with great success. And then Hypnotherapists phoned and emailed me up for help with their own patients suffering from this condition.

At the same time I was looking for hypnosis music to help with inductions, I couldn find what I wanted so I started to compose my own hypnosis music. After this I composed a few more hypnosis music CDs and even sold a few CDs on ebay.

I always loved helping people and was looking forward to a career as a hypnotherapist seeing and helping patients.

While on holiday in Australia I noticed a weird patterns in my right eye, I though it was lazy eye and ignored it. When I got home the vision got worse. I went to an optician and was rushed to Moorfields Eye Hospital.

I had a fully detached retina, they had to operate the next day.

I was expected to lose a lot of vision in that eye, if I had gone sooner it could have been dealt with but I alas had not.

I was upset, I was very scared, and then I realised I had the tools inside me to help.

All the fine detail in the eye was lost and it is rare to get it back.

Before the operation in the hospital bed, I focused my mind. I listened to my favourite music , I hypnotised myself, relaxed myself, changed my frame of mind. I wasn going to stand still I was going to help myself, I was going to fight.

After the operation I visualised healing techniques. The eye cover was removed, but still all I could see was a blur. Things were not looking good, but I was positive, strong, continuing hypnosis, and relaxation.

A few weeks later, it happened, rather strangely it wasn a slow process, it happened one day gazing at my bedroom ceiling, the vision became clear. I could see the ripples on the wallpaper.

My vision was back, it was one of those amazingly happy days.

A few weeks later I went to the hospital for the checkup, and they were amazed. My vision is 98% back, I didn even need to change my glasses.

I know the power of healing. I know how to show it to others.

We were at this time expecting our first child so moved into a house with an office to see patients. I was getting prepared to see patients.

Things never turn out the way you expect, it is what makes life interesting

I was always under the impression that hypnosis CDs would not be very effective in helping people, however after selling a few hypnosis CDs on EBAY I received amazing ebay feedback testimonials that other therapists didn seem to be getting.

It was great, it was lovely to help people.

At the time I wasn sure why I was getting such a high success rate, of course my CD didn help everyone but many people were getting dramatic results. Examples of this fantastic successes were my Pain Relief CD and Panic Attack CD , peoples lives were being changed.

What was I doing that so different?

It was a 3 combination technique.


1. I emailed them specific support for their condition, specific hypnosis guides, and tips. A personal consultation through email, before and when using the CD.


2. A lot of the techniques used were created using a combination of the latest healing techniques. I used a simple powerful direct approach that worked.  The healing techniques and the self hypnosis taught on the CDs are not given on other hypnosis CDs.


3.  Because I designed the music (and the music does alter depending on the CD) it has bee designed for a reason and purpose to help in the therapy. People liked my music and it helped relax them.



It was around this time with the birth of our own baby that I produced the hypnosis childbirth CD.

My wife is Australian and her Mum, Barbara flew over to England for the birth of her grandson.

Barbara helped family and friends with Reiki and other healing techniques and it was while she was over I composed the hardest CD that I have ever created. I wanted to create something as powerful as HE PLANETSa track per chakra to capture the emotion. The results was amazing.

My office started to change, it wasn an office anymore, it became full of CDs, I sometimes saw patients at their own home but realised that my career was going down a different path. I composed more music and hypnosis CDs.

I was very lucky I could work from home and spend time with my baby and still help people

Word and mouth about my work spread and I became the number 1 seller of both hypnosis and new age music CDs on ebay, selling thousands of CDs with a positive feedback of 100%, , 4000 positives.
It was lovely to make a living and help people at the same time and know people were happy with what they received.

Now I concentrate less on ebay and more on my website and emailing people advice and support.
