Great care is taken to ensure all plants sent out from the nursery are true to type and free from pest and disease.

There is no guarantee that plants will flower in same year of purchase. Please be aware that not all herbs are edible and if you are in any doubt do not consume. Medicinal herbs should not be used unless under the express advice of a qualified medicinal practitioner.

If receiving multiple wins via a carrier do not sign for the consignment if it is damaged or partially missing. You must report any damage or shortage to us in writing within 3 days. We cannot accept responsibility or offer a refund if this condition is not met.

Our liability for plants supplied is limited to the replacement or refund of purchase price at our discretion. All other claims including consequential loss are hereby excluded. We cannot be held responsible for delay or non delivery of goods occasioned by an act of god, strike, breakdown of transport, fire or any other contingency beyond our control.
