IGAS - Inspirational Gifts & Affordable Supplies


At IGAS we are a small family business, offering a personal friendly service, tailored to meet your needs. We treat our customers as a customer and not just a Sales Number.  We believe in First Rate Customer Service'.  We have been selling on Ebay UK since 2002 and prior to that on Ebay.com since 1998, so we have vast experience of Ebay both buying and selling.

We sell Gifts which include Mousemats, Magnets & Keyrings.  As well as what you see listed on our Ebay Store, we offer a 'Bespoke Service' so if you would like any image that you own, putting onto a Mousemat, Keyring or Magnet, we can do that for you. Just email us your requirement for a quote.

We also have the capability to produce large quantities of Magnets, Mousemats and Keyrings to your own specification, a service mainly used by Businesses to Promote their Service / Product.

We have recently added Mailing Sacks and Poly Bags to our inventory and are continually adding to our range of Packaging Products.  If you do not see a mixture or quantity listed, email us your requirements and we can create a package to suit your needs at the best possible price.

Customer Service

Returns

All our items are returnable wuthin 7 days of purchase for exchange or refund.  If you are not happy, we are not happy.  Please contact us so that we can sort out any issues you may have as soon as possible.  We check and respond to our emails regularly. 

Deliveries

We can claim from Royal Mail for anything up to the value of £25 for Standard Postage, anything sold above that amount, we give the option to choose Recorded. Special Delivery or Couriered Postage for your peace of mind.

If you require an item urgently, email us and we can arrange Special Delivery and adapt your invoice accordingly.

We send out mail on a daily basis 6 days a week.  If your item is paid for by 2pm it will most definatley be despatched the same day.  You will find that even if you pay up until 4pm it will be despatched the same day dependant on our movements at that time of day.
