Payment Methods

We accept payments via Paypal or Postal Order.

Postage, Packaging & Delivery
 
Items will only be sent once payment has cleared. We recommend the Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery option is used as this is a secure method and your item is insured and can be tracked up to the point of delivery. We always obtain proof of posting but cannot be held responsible for missing items sent by standard post. If an item is mislaid in the post we will provide you with the proof of posting reference for you to take the matter up with the Royal Mail. Our postage charges including packaging used and staff time.  We welcome overseas buyers but please contact us before bidding to confirm Postage Costs.
 
Returns Policy
 
If a product is found to be faulty on delivery, the buyer must inform us within 24 hours and return the product within 7 days. On receipt we will check the item and if found to be faulty we will either replace the item for an identical item, offer a replacement item to the same value or higher or offer full cash refund excluding P & P.
