BY PLACING AN ORDER/BID, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY OUR TERMS OF SALE, AS STATED BELOW:
- We accept unworn returns for any reason — if we are at fault, we can offer a full refund or exchange. However, if the item has been worn or is not in the same condition as when it was received, we unfortunately are not able to accept a return;
- Unless the returned item is faulty or not as-described, original postage & packing costs will not be refunded, as we cannot reclaim these from Royal Mail;
- If you have a problem with your order, please double-check the full details of the listing and then contact us before leaving negative feedback, as most issues can be resolved swiftly;
- When returning an item, please contact us within 14 days via e-mail and fill out the returns form (click here) in full. Failure to do so may result in a delay of any refund or exchange;
- All returned items must be sent by a recorded delivery service, so that you are insured against loss in transit;
- The customer is responsible for the cost of returning any item to us;
- Exchanges are only available for items where surplus stock is available — unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee the availability of goods, and may not be able to accommodate requests for an exchange, in which case we will offer a refund;
- Returns will be processed as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours), but please note that we reserve the full statutory 30 day processing period;
- If we have made a mistake or the item is faulty, we will accept responsibility for our mistake and make every effort to put things right.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUES
Preferred payment is PayPal using the eBay Checkout. If you are having difficulty paying by PayPal, you can use the 'Send Money' page on PayPal's website to send the funds to geryhall@aol.com and complete the order manually. Alternately, if you do not wish to use PayPal, the following methods are acceptable:
- Credit/Debit Card - Please have your item number to hand and call our office on (024) 7669 4141 where one of our friendly staff will be able to take your details. For security, after payment has been processed we will destroy our record of your card details;
- Postal Order - Please make the postal order payable to 'G. Hall' and send to us at: iShoe Ltd., 2 Binns Close, Tile Hill, Coventry CV4 9TB, along with a note of your item number and username;
- Bank Transfer - Please e-mail us at geryhall@aol.com for our bank details. Please include your item number as the transfer reference and be aware that a surcharge may be applied to the transaction — if this occurs you will need to add the value of this charge onto your final bill, so that we receive the full amount owed.

If you live in or around Coventry, you can arrange to come and collect your item from us to save on postage costs.
Once you win your item, please contact us through eBay to request an invoice for collection. We will remove the shipping and update the invoice to include a £2 collection fee (per item).
Collections are available from our Tile Hill shop, which is open for eBay/internet collections during the week (Monday - Friday) from the hours of 9:00am - 5:30pm. Payment can be made either in cash or by credit/debit card.
Please bring your invoice and/or a copy of your item number and username with you, as without these we may not be able to serve you. |

| We offer Buy It Now prices on many of our brand new items. However, most of our used and 'ex-shop' items are listed as auctions. Unfortunately, if we have not listed an item with a Buy It Now price then it is for auction only. However, we do get many duplicate items, so if you miss out on an auction please check back on our eBay store; there's a good chance that we'll have another listed shortly after. |

| Unfortunately, we do not combine postage costs. We ship each item by Royal Mail Signed For, which provides a tracking number and insurance. To ensure the highest level of protection for your item whilst it is in transit, we send each item from an order in its own parcel. This means that if a parcel goes missing the other items remain unaffected, and also increases the level of compensation available from Royal Mail in such an event (currently the maximum amount claimable per parcel is £36.00). |
