Here is just a little bit about who we are....

 

Like many internet retail businesses, we are a small family run concern. We are also a limited company - registered in England & Wales No: 5614975 and also VAT registered - No: 869 5774 49

As a small family business, we pride ourselves in giving the best possible service, working to the simple principle of treating others in the way we would wish to be treated ourselves, not exactly rocket science, just simple honest trading.

 

This is our full time business, we are not just a part-time hobby business, as some are. I have some 20+ years of engineering experience, with 12 years spent in British industry as an electrical / electronic product design engineer, with additional responsibilities for product testing. As volume manufacturing in Britain disappeared I moved to the rechargeable battery business, and to be honest I prefer this. With my wife also involved full time & part-time help from a number of others the business continues to grow, after all with the right quality of product, great service & competitive pricing why wouldn't it?

 

We are based on the edge of the Snowdonia National park which is a great place to live, although it can get a little wet & windy sometimes!

We are set up for mail order & so it is not always convenient for people to call in to collect goods, however, if you do wish to call just contact us so that we can arrange a mutually convenient time.

 

The products we sell have all been extensively tested by us prior to being offered for sale, the quality & reliability of the products being the primary factors in our decision process. When you check our adverts you will see that the majority of advert is details of the product itself, with as much information & as many pictures as are required to accurately describe the product, any technical information given will, as far as is possible, be from our own testing, that way we know it is accurate. This way we believe that you can make an informed decision as to whether the product is the right one for your application. So many others will just give you a small picture & 1 line description, then reams of information about how they want to be paid & what will happen to you if you don't. Not only are the products tested by us, but I have personally visited the factories producing our rechargeable batteries, battery chargers & LEDs. Our products have come from clean, well ordered factories, with good procedures in place for controlling manufacturing quality. I have seen this for myself.

If you need to contact us about anything at all, just send us a message & we will get back to you as quickly as possible, but please bear in mind that this is not likely to be instantaneous, but most of the time we will get back to you within a few hours.

 

If you need something that you don't see in our listings, just ask - we are the main agents for Vapex batteries in the UK & have huge stocks of the largest range of any UK distributor. Even if we don't have the battery pack you need, we can usually custom build it for you.

 

As the main importer, we also supply to a growing number of shops & businesses, we also supply in bulk to many model clubs & organisations. Without any middle men we are able to offer exceptionally competitive prices for the top quality products we sell, many of these products are available in different packaging from some of the big names at double, treble or even quadruple our prices.

 

All the information & pictures we show are our own original work, and as such our copyright material. You will occasionally see this copied by some dishonest sellers, who seek to better their own image by using our work. We recommend that you avoid these people, after all if they will act dishonestly in this way, then in what other ways are they also dishonest.
