| I have been a member of eBay
since the 2nd August 2004 and started by buying a few items
for my own personal use It quickly became apparent that what was
required was a trusted seller that the whole community could feel
confident buying from, not just that the price they pay is
excellent, but the item is received promptly, well packaged and a
professional after-sales service. |

In August 2005
Itsyourestore was setup and
immediately set out to trade on eBay and latterly
through other internet shopping sites. In establishing
Itsyourestore,
we went about building a company that was specifically designed to
trade via the internet.
The vision was to create a low cost operation, offering high quality
products, at competitive prices, with high levels of customer
service.
Now with years of eBay experience you can rest
assured we are here to stay, and feel we know what
the customer wants and needs, with a excellent
positive feedback rating you can see that this is

What We Do

| We stock a range of
lighting, heating and bathroom
products for the housing renovation and DIY markets.
We have access to over
15,000 products through our network of manufacturers
and suppliers, these have been obtained through
years of Electrical Wholesale and Retail experience. If for any reason you can
not find what you are looking for, please contact us
and we can usually find a product which will meet
customers needs.
We are also pleased to hear
from TRADE customers. We offer a contract kitting service. Due to
the specific needs of the Trade buyer we provide quotations for each

| We follow a simple
methodology. We are honest about our products and we believe
strongly in customer service, both before and after every sale. We
believe that if a product is faulty, it should be replaced, while
some eBay sellers do not feel the same way. We have been
acknowledged by eBay for our high level of customer service with the
Power Seller accreditation. If at any stage of a
