Hi, I'm Jas, I live in the West Yorkshire and trade on ebay as a hobby. My main trading items are silk goods which i get shipped over, so saving delivery time to buyers.

Trading Conditions

I accept payment by Paypal or Cheque in UK Pounds.

I try to ship within 24 hours of cleared funds.

I try to use good quality packaging materials. I use mainly new material but I also recycle good quality materials.

I'm happy to post worldwide but prefer to agree postal charges in advance but I understand this is not always feasible. Please note that posting to the far/middle East, Africa and South America is unreliable and an insurance charge makes it very expensive.

For large items I reserve the right to increase postal charges once I have a post office price (this is in line with ebay policy).

I always respond to feedback.

Finally I offer and stand by my full money back guarantee. If buyers are not happy with the goods for some reason I will in general provide a full refund upon the return of the goods in the same condition as shipped. Refund is generally by paypal or cheque depending upon how the original payment was made.

OH, THE DOWNSIDE....I always chase non payers through the ebay NPB programme and I always leave negative feedback for non payers (I'm very aware however that payments are sometimes delayed for good reason, personal problems and long distances being examples).
