Free software is a matter of liberty, not price. not free from cost, but free from restrictions such as the ability to run, copy, distribute, study, change and improve the software. This is part of the GNU GPLicence definition. I am licenced to distribute this product under a GNU GPLicence. The source code to all the software is available from me or direct from the developer. Please note that many of the Linux distributions are available for download from their website, however if you have a slow or restricted download service or perhaps you do not have a CD/DVD writer then purchasing a CD/DVD makes sense, whats more, having someone to contact if you have a problem means you'r not on your own when it comes to support.
