I'm Jay (or Jé, depending on my mood/location) and I run the eBay shop jfh29er. To give you a little about myself, I'm French-British with no grasp of French and a loose grasp of English, in my twenties (just), I live in east London and I divide my work time between a job for a computer software company and the shop, mainly selling used football shirts. I also write an eBay blog and write for the leading football design fansites FootballShirtCulture and DesignFootball.com I've been fascinated by football design, kits in particular, since the age of ten or eleven and although I have no formal qualifications in any area of design (save for a poor A level in Art) I do give it a go myself. As far as supporting the game itself, I have what I'll have to concede can only really be described as "fondnesses" for Liverpool, Celtic, Olympique de Marseille and, in London, Millwall. Depending on the occasion, this fondness can evolve into fiery-eyed passion but, alas, you can't play Rangers et al every week. More generally I adore the sensationalism and soap-opera qualities of modern football. Any game with a rivalry or edge is of interest and what that sporting event is packaged with (kits, arenas, er, stanchion types) just adds to the flavour. I'm also a serial fantasist and the founder (and only) member of Marceltipool Football Club.
