I aim to be fair & reasonable in all my eBay dealings - if you are not happy with your purchase or my description, please email me to discuss it - I try to describe all items accurately, although I'm not infallible & accidents do happen in shipping

I ship magazines sealed inside a polythene wrapper, then placed in a board backed envelope marked "please do not bend" (multiple magazines are sometimes shipped in a padded envelope with a cardboard stiffener). This usually means that they are too big to fit through a standard letterbox, so if your purchase has not arrived when expected (note that USA Surface Mail takes 5 to 8 weeks, occasionally longer) please check with your local post office collection depot, as postmen don't always leave a card

I may sometimes use recycled packaging, and although this may seem to be saving me money on P+P, it usually takes more time to package the items.

For enquiries about shipping to countries not included in my general shipping guidelines, or for costs for insurance, please use "ask seller a question" link in tha auction listing & I will usually reply within 24 hours

A few of the items I sell may be in poor condition, but I'll openly describe them as such

Often I sell rare books which may not be up to collectable standard, but I check that all pages are present, & they are still perfectly readable & list them at low starting bids with no reserve (I never use reserves) & try to list all significant faults

Please feel free to use "ask selller a question" link it you are bidding way beyond the starting bid on these sort of items - I'll provide additional photographs or scans if requested

Because of the amount of similar items I'll be listing, please don't reply to emails with subjects such as "the book" or "the car magazine" as this may cause a delay in replying while I work out which actual item you're interested in/bidding on.
The best way for auctions won is to copy & paste the description & item number from the eBay notification email into the subject line of your email.
This makes it easier for both of us
