Hello and welcome to my about me page

I am from a corporate background and have over 10 years experience in Retail Sales. I am very excited to be able to build my own business and base this on trust, honesty, value and quality. It’s very important to me that you have a good experience when shopping with me. My ethos is to place my customers at the heart of everything that I do and I aim to provide all customers with a World Class service. I only sell authentic branded items and will always include as much detail as possible from the tags to ensure that you are satisfied. Where the sales are for used clothing, I will always consider whether this is something that I would be happy to receive and ensure that the items are in good condition. I will always ensure that any complaints are resolved quickly and in a professional manner to the agreement of both parties, should you have any cause for complaint, please contact me and I will ensure a professional swift resolution.

My husband and I are both active people who go the gym 3 or 4 times a week. We also enjoy squash, swimming and walking in the peaks. We recently climbed Snowdon which was a challenge!!! My husband is an avid runner and enjoys middle distance and endurance lengths mainly 5k, 10k and half marathon though this is one of interests including football, cricket, rugby and golf. I take my husband on all my stock buying trips as he knows more about the sports than I do (namely which are good football teams) but I am the technology and style expert.
