ALL* books are "new", and will not have underlining
or anything of that nature. Some books will have varying degrees of storage
wear, as defined below:
Cellophane-warpped - the item is sealed in cellophane, and has not
been opened since printing. Excellent - the book has no wear at all ie corners are sharp/crisp,
pages are clean, the book is not bumped. Very Good - the book may have slight storage wear eg cover may be slightly
scuffed, corners not quite as sharp/crisp. Good - the book will have storage wear eg cover slightly scuffed, corners
may be slightly turned, cover slightly creased.
Bumped corners, any damage/knocks, significant creases will be noted.
CD-ROMs included with books will not have been used.

Mail service, available only to the USA, New Zealand, and the following

Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Delivery | is by Royal Mail. Unless otherwise stated,
all deliveries are undertaken using Royal Mail, www.royalmail.com, and are also
subject to all their terms and conditions. The customer agrees to be bound by
both jnc_incorporated's and Royal Mail's T&C when purchasing goods. 2. Non-Delivery / Item Lost in Post | jnc_incorporated will refund, after
Royal Mail refunds - Contact Us. All delivery times given are approximate, with
the excection of UK "Special Delivery". An item will be considered
lost when it has been longer than: UK - 15 days since expected delivery, or;
Rest Of World - 25 days since expected delivery. Royal Mail investigations into
missing deliveries take approximately 14 days after receipt of claim. jnc_incorporated
will undertake all claims in the event of non-delivery, the customer agrees
to be bound by the above waiting times, and/or until Royal Mail have completed
the investigation into the missing delivery. If/when Royal Mail pays compensation,
jnc_incorporated will pass the refund on to the customer within 7 working days,
or within a reasonable amount of time since the item is advised not arrived.
The customer agrees to respond and provide information, within a reasonable
time, to any requests from Royal Mail and/or Law Enforcement.
3. VAT | jnc_incorporated will pay, no extra charges for the customer.
jnc_incorporated is a VAT-registered entity, VAT receipts are provided with
all orders. Books are generally 0-rated, this means there is no VAT to pay.
CD-ROMs (when sold as a separate item, UK only) are standard-rated, VAT will
be paid by jnc_incorporated. There is no reduction in the 'eBay'-advertised
price when CD-ROMs are supplied outside of the UK. A full VAT receipt will be
supplied in all cases. 4. Refunds (UK) | within 14 days. Full no-hassle refunds for faulty /
not-as-described goods as covered under The Sale of Goods Act 1979. UK general
returns accepted to JNC, Unit 67 HGL, WELWYN, AL6 0EH, UK as covered under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000; customer is liable for return shipping costs. 5. Refunds (Outside UK) | on negotiation, unless goods not-as-described.
Full no-hassle refunds for faulty / not-as-described goods. General returns
accepted under negotiation for each specific transaction, generally purchase
price less costs, delivery charges non-refundable. 6. Payment | payment expected within 7 days. Generally, jnc_incorporated
takes a relaxed attitude to payment times, especially if you are purchasing
multiple books, as long as good contact is maintained. A Non-Paying-Bidder warning
will be issued to start the fee recovery process. Payment methods are covered
here 7. Non-Payment | Final Value Fee Credits will be reclaimed for all non-paying
bidders. This will involve invoking eBay's 'Unpaid Item' procedure, which will
only have an adverse affect on the user's eBay account if/when 3 different sellers
file against the same user. Read
what eBay says. 8. 'Bounced' Cheques etc | if payment by cheque or other method is returned
unpaid, or 'bounces', the customer with be liable at the current Abbey rate,
which is £5 per occurance as at 26/09/2006. Customer will be advised by
email that payment is required within 10 working days. In the event of continued
non-payment after 10 working days from this email, a recorded letter will be
sent once per week, at an administrative cost of £5 per letter. The customer
will be liable for this cost. In the event of continued non-payment, a small
claims court case will be opened, at a minumum extra cost of £50. The
customer will be liable for this cost.
