BACKGROUND. We started trading as a hardware store in Merseyside in 1990. During 2005, we decided to look to the internet as a means of expansion. We were so impressed by the ebay community values that we decided that this was the best way to present our range of products.

WE NOW KNOW THAT THIS WAS THE CORRECT DECISION, THANKS TO OUR CUSTOMERS, we read your feedback comments, that way we know you like the service that we provide.

We are constantly looking for new and interesting lines and will expand our range on a regular basis, many of our lines are well known branded products. Why not add us to your favorites list?

TRADING POLICY. 

Customer service is our number one priority.  We hold all the products that we sell in stock and aim to dispatch within one working day of recieving payment. Orders paid for by 11.30am are usually dispatched the same day. WE POST EACH DAY, FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY.

We aim to answer emails within 24 hours and usually a lot quicker. We can be contacted either by ebay messages, or by email at jodexltd@sky.com 

We also do our best to solve any problems quickly. We offer a returns policy for any item purchased but not required once delivered.  Items can be returned for a refund of the item value if unopened, unused, and in resalable condition at the buyers expence within 14 days of delivery.

Items delivered damaged, or not as described can also be returned for full refund.

PAYMENTS.

Paypal payments are prefared, however we will accept postal orders made payable to Jodex. We do not charge for using Paypal as your payment method.

ENVIROMENT.

We aim, were possible, to re-cycle all packaging materials such as cardboard boxes, paper, shrink wrap, plastic, etc.

V.A.T.

We are a V.A.T. registered business and V.A.T. is included in all our prices.  If you require a v.a.t. invoice please contact us when placing your order.

POST & PACKAGING CHARGES.

As well as the actual parcel postage cost, our p+p charges include the cost of packaging materials (padded bags, bubble wrap etc), and the cost involved in storing, picking and packing your order, and  V.A.T. Please take into account the p+p charge when deciding to place your order.

Many of our listings have a reduced second item postage* price if you are bying more than 1 of an item. Also, for most of our products an automatic combined reduction in p+p will be applied when buying 2** or more different items from our product list. To qualify for the combined p+p discount you must pay for all your purchases in 1 payment.

*please refer to individual listings.  ** where the postage discount symbol is shown on applicable listings.

As we use third party carriers (usually Royal Mail) we cannot be responsible for items lost in the post, however we do retain proof of postage. If your order does not arrive within a few days of recieving our 'item dispatched email' please enquire at your local Royal Mail delivery office. Postmen often do not leave a card if there is no reply when they try to deliver.

RETURNS.

Goods delivered but no longer required can be returned to us within 14 days of delivery at the buyers expense for a refund of the product value, providing the goods  are recieved back by us in an unopened and resaleable condition, p+p charges are not refundable. For goods purchased with free p+p and returned there will be a deduction of 30% of the total paid to cover our postage and other costs.
