Please read these terms prior to bidding. They will ensure a smooth and successful auction for both parties.

Bidding: Bids are welcome from eBay members with feedback of zero or above. You should only bid if you intend to buy. Your bid is a contract and non-payment can lead to suspension of your eBay membership. Any questions regarding an auction should be submitted prior to bidding.

Making Contact: I will send an Ebay Invoice soon after auction closes unless you have already paid by Paypal or completed checkout.

Payment Timetable: You should make payment within 14 days of auction close. It is your responsibility to ensure payment arrives in time. I don't really have time to chase after people who don't pay unless it is a high value item. If sending payment by mail from overseas you should use some form of recorded/certified airmail to ensure arrival within the 14 day period. If you have any questions regarding payment please email me as soon as possible.

Payment Options:

GB Pounds I accept payment by PayPal, Nochex, cheque, postal order or cash. PayPal and Nochex payments should be sent to my registered eBay email address. When paying by PayPal please send ONE payment for the total amount. If you win multiple auctions please do not send individual payments for each auction. If you send individual payments items will probably be posted seperately.

US Dollars Cash US Dollars are accepted (bills only, concealed, at sender's risk). See www.xe.com for the current exchange rate. I do NOT accept payment by US Dollar check or postal/money order (due to high bank fees).

Euros Cash Euros are accepted (notes only, concealed, at sender's risk). See www.xe.com for the current exchange rate. We do NOT accept payment by Euro cheque or postal/money order (due to high bank fees). PLEASE NOTE If you live overseas and are paying by PayPal please make sure you increase the postage costs e-mail me for the rate for your country.

If a second payment has to be made by PayPal (due to a shortfall in the initial payment) then .20 will be added towards the extra PayPal fee incurred. If sending cash in the mail you should ensure it is well concealed as it is sent entirely at your risk. Please send notes only (no coins) and always use some form of recorded/certified delivery. I am not responsible for any payments lost in the mail.

Postage: All auction descriptions include a price for UK p&p. All goods are sent via Royal Mail with larger items sent via Royal Mail Parcel Service or Parcelforce Worldwide.

UK Postage Options: Most small items are sent Recorded Delivery (within the UK) with 8 insurance.  Large items are sent Royal Mail Parcel Service. 

Special Delivery with 50 insurance is available to any UK address for .75 to 8.50 (dependent on weight and size - higher rates of insurance available at extra cost). This is advised if you require higher levels of insurance and/or next-day signature delivery. (maximum weight 10kg)

Royal Mail Parcel Service insurance is available to any UK address for an additional 45p (00), .10 (50) or .20 (00). This is advised if you require higher levels of insurance for a Parcelforce delivery. (maximum weight 30kg)

European Postage Options: Recorded 'Signed For' Airmail with 0 insurance is available to most European addresses for an additional .85. This is advised if you require insurance of up to that level and/or signature delivery. (maximum weight 2kg)

Parcelforce International Standard Airmail with 50 insurance is available to most European addresses. Price is dependent on weight and destination. This is advised if you require insurance of up to that level. Extra insurance is available for an additional .00 (50) or .00 (00). (maximum weight 30kg) Some countries will apply import duty/charges to deliveries above a certain value.

Please check for details with your local Customs & Excise authorities. The buyer is liable for any import duty/charges applied to a delivery.

Rest Of World Postage Options:

Recorded 'Signed For' Airmail with 0 insurance is available to most international addresses for an additional .85. This is advised if you require insurance of up to that level and/or signature delivery. (maximum weight 2kg)

Parcelforce International Standard Airmail with 50 insurance is available to most international addresses. Price is dependent on weight and destination. This is advised if you require insurance of up to that level. Extra insurance is available for an additional .00 (50) or .00 (00). (maximum weight 30kg) Some countries will apply import duty/charges to deliveries above a certain value.

Please check for details with your local Customs & Excise authorities. The buyer is liable for any import duty/charges applied to a delivery.

Packaging: The UK postage and packing price quoted includes a padded envelope as standard for small items. If you require a small item to be sent in a box this will cost extra depending on the size of the item.  Some items may be boxed as part of the original packaging they incur do not extra charge

Customer Service: If you are not satisfied with an item please contact me immediately by email and I will do what I can to help. In most instances the problem can be sorted out to your satisfaction. If you wish, the item can be returned to me for a refund of your bid total (not including p&p). The item should be in the same condition as when it left me and you should use appropriate packaging to protect it en route.

Faulty items: If you believe an item to be faulty please contact me as soon as possible and I will advise as to the return procedure. If the item is found to be faulty I will arrange for a replacement as soon as possible. If no replacement is available I will issue a full refund (including p&p costs). Please note that all returns are checked and if the item is found to be working you will be liable for all p&p costs.  If I consider that the fault is the result of misuse by the buyer I reserve the right not to offer a refund or replacement.

Compatibility issues: It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure that items will be compatible with his territory / equipment.  However, if you wish, the item can be returned to me for a refund of your bid total (not including p&p). The item should be in the same condition as when it left me and you should use appropriate packaging to protect it en route. 

Compatibility issues with new/sealed items: If applicable, please ensure that the item is compatible with your equipment. This should be done prior to bidding. If however you receive a new/sealed item which you believe to be incompatible with your equipment please return it before you break the seal. Once opened, a new/sealed item cannot be returned due to compatibility issues.

Refunds : No refund/replacement will be given until the item has arrived back with me in the state sent unless I waive this right

I advise that when returning goods you obtain a Certificate of Posting and, if applicable, postal insurance. It is your responsibility to make sure the item is returned securely. You should note that this policy does not include loss/damage in the mail unless the item was shipped with suitable insurance. 

If you require a higher level of insurance please refer to the information given in the Postage section above. All returns must be agreed within 21 days of auction close.

Zero Liability: I am not liable for any injury, loss, damage, pollution or contamination caused by or arising from any product or service I supply. General: By bidding on our auctions you agree to accept these terms. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me
