I sell brand new factory sealed UK original DVD's, BLU RAY, Music & Console games of the highest quality. If there is a title you cannot find, let me know and I will get this for you. Take a look at my items I am sure there will be many items of interest to you.
Below are some commonly asked questions.
1. Are all the items you sell brand new genuine originals? All the items I sell are brand new factory sealed UK originals. I buy from a leading UK supplier who also supplies many high street stores. I DO NOT sell copies, counterfeits or cheap Asian imports of any kind. Beware of some eBay sellers who sell similiar items to myself at a cheaper price, they may be counterfeit or cheap asian imports.
2. How come your DVD's are cheaper than the high street stores? Big companies have massive overheads and pass this cost onto YOU the customer. I am a small business with much lower overheads. I price my items fairly so can save a lot more of your hard earned money.
3. How can I pay for my purchase? I accept payment by PayPal, Personal Cheque or Postal Order, unfortuantely I DO NOT accept bank transfers at this time.
4. How long before I recieve my purchase? UK customers will normally recieve within 2-4 working days, please allow upto 7 working days just incase we run out of stock of a certain item, however this rarely happens. Europe please allow 5-7 working days and 10-14 working days elsewhere.
5. I want to pay via cheque or postal order where do I send my payment? Please make payable to MR J. ANDREWS and send to : c/o MR J. ANDREWS, PO BOX 2141, GLOUCESTER NORTH, GLOUCESTER, GL4 5WW - ALWAYS INCLUDE THE EBAY NUMBER WITH YOUR PAYMENT!!!!!
6. I have not yet recieved my item what now? If after 7 working days you have still not recieved your purchase contact me and I will investigate this for you. Rarely do items go astray in the mail, but if your item does go astray you are fully insured for your loss. Please allow 7 working days before contacting me as sometimes items are held up in the mail, delivered to the wrong address or returned.
7. Can I return my item for a refund? Under European Law you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your item. The item must be in the same condition i.e. factory sealed and undamaged to recieve your refund. I am more than happy to refund anyone within this timescale.
8. I have recieved the wrong item / or I am not happy with what I have recieved what now? If you have recieved the wrong item or are not happy with the item return the item with a letter stating the problem. I would be more than happy to send a replacement or refund in full.
9. There is an item I want but you do not have it listed? I can only list so many items on eBay. My supplier has access for thousands of DVD's, CD's and games. We also sell HD DVD's and Blu-Ray discs. Simply contact me and I will order the item you want.
10. I live locally can I collect in person? Unfortunately I do not accept collect in person at this time.
