Myself & Guide at 18,200ft overlooking Everest Base Camp

Since 1998 I have taken part in 12 Worldwide Treks & bikes rides to raise funds for SCOPE the charity for people with cerebral palsy. These treks have taken me to many parts of the world, the list is: 1998 Helembu Trek, Nepal. 1999 Kilimanjaro, Tanzania. 2000 Inca Trail, Peru. 2001 cycling through the Rift Valley, Kenya. 2002 The Gori Pani Trek, Nepal, 2003 The Tanzania Bike Ride. 2003 The Jungle and Central Highlands Trek, Vietnam. 2004 Mount Fuji, Japan. 2005 The Hill Tribes Trek, Vietnam. 2006 The Namib Desert Trek, Namibia, 2007 The Great Wall of China Trek, China. Also in 2006 myself and a friend trekked to Everest Base Camp, with 1 guide and 1 porter.
Over the past 15 years myself and my wife have raised around £80,000 for charity. In 2005 we were privileged to be invited to Her Magesty Queen Elizabeth 11 Garden Party at Buckingham Palace.

MY ADVENTURES FOR 2009
I will start with the 3rd challenge, this is an 18 day adventure in Nepal in October this year (2009) I will be taking a small group to Nepal to do The Everest Gokyo Trek, there will be 14 days trekking to nearly 18,000 feet, this will be the trip of a lifetime, a fantastic adventure, I am still looking for 2 more adventurers to join me on this once in a lifetime adventure.
