HI THERE !!!
OK, Well i have been using ebay since August 2001. I started by buying a couple of things, then a couple more, then a few more, etc etc. Then i tried selling something, and it sort of carried on from there.INFO & TERMS AND CONDITIONS
DESCRIPTIONS.
I will always try to be acurate and honest with my descriptions, and aim to provide as much relevant information as possible, but if i miss something out, please feel free to e-mail me before bidding, i work 6 days a week so cannot always answer questions straight away, but i check messages every evening and most mornings, so you wont be kept waiting long.AT THE END OF THE AUCTION
The majority of the time i will specify p&p within the item listing. If recorded delivery is not already specified, you are welcome to add it on at an additional cost (currently 63p). If you have won more than 1 item i will normally arrange a reduction in p&p charges for you, please email me after the auction. PAYMENT IS EXPECTED WITHIN 10 DAYS, if no response is received after 3 days i shall send a reminder. If i still get no reply by the 10th day i will file a non-paying bidder alert. If i still dont get a reply (or payment) after a further 10 days i shall reclaim my fees and relist the item. It is a shame to have to list all these terms, but i have had my fair share of timewasters, the majority of ebay members though are excellent, so if you are new please do not be put off by this. finally, if you are having difficulty please let me know as soon as possible, as if i hear nothing i can only assume the worst.PAYMENT
My preffered methods of payment are paypal and nochex, payment is fast and secure - and at no extra cost to the buyer. I am able to leave feedback for you instantly and your item is normally sent the next working day. Please note that i get charged a fee for every nochex or paypal transaction, so if you are buying 2 or more items i will happily send you a revised invoice for you to pay them all in a single transaction. I also accept CHEQUES, and depending upon the value of the item and the feedback history of the buyer, i will often send the goods on receipt of a cheque(at my descretion), But feedback will not be left untill payment has cleared (5 working days). POSTAL ORDERS are also fine, the item can be sent, and feedback left straight away.CASH should only be used as a last resort, it MUST be well concealed and MUST be sent recorded or registered post. This saves the embarrassment and confusion of payments that do not arrive, or that arrive with a big hole in the envelope - and no cash inside !!..
FINALLY
Feedback is the only means we have of judging a potential buyer or seller, i will therefore always leave positive feedback where it is due, and ask that you do the same in return. I also accept bids from new users with no feedback, and they often turn out to be the best customers, if however you have a minus rating or excessive negative feedback, i do reserve the right to retract bids where i deem necessary.
