All my DVDs are Genuine & Original -
I don't deal in copies of any kind EVER and the only Pirates you'll find will be played by Johnny Depp et al. - please see my feedback for reassurance!
For Used DVDs my classifications are as follows:
- Excellent Condition - Pretty much immaculate. Disc will be perfect & unmarked and case will be mint.
- Very Good Condition - Disc may have a few VERY light marks. Case will be very good - no tears / scuffs.
- Good Condition - Disc may have some surface scratches, not affecting playback. Case may be a little worn but will not be broken / torn in any way.
- 'Buy It & Try It' Condition - Occasionally I have a DVD which has more noticeable scratches, although it still plays fine on my player. As some DVD players are more sensitive than others, if you buy one of these & have any problems, just let me know & I will refund your payment (inc. P&P charge) with no questions asked - no returning it, no hassle; nothing to lose & you may get a real bargain!
If a DVD differs from this in any way - e.g. a tear on the cover, this will be clearly stated.
Sometimes I have a Rental Version but this will also be clearly marked (at the top of the listing!).
I sell mostly Region 2 (Europe) DVDs, but also some Region 1 (US) - these again are clearly identified; for more information on regions, please see: DVD Regions
If it should turn out that you have a problem with one of my DVDs, I offer a full refund service. I also take responsibility for chasing up Royal Mail so if an item is lost in the post I will refund you & sort out the claim myself.
In short, I aim to make the whole 'Ebay experience' as enjoyable as possible!

Payment
Payment should be made within 7 days of the auction end / item purchase.
I am happy to wait up to 14 days in order to combine P&P if you are bidding on other items, but would ask that you contact me to let me know that payment will be delayed.
UK Buyers can pay direct into my bank account (please email for details), by Paypal / Nochex / GoogleCheckout / Postal Order / Bankers Draft or Personal Cheque.
Overseas Buyers should pay in GBP Sterling via Paypal or GoogleCheckout.
UK Postage
All listings include Free Delivery within the UK - the standard is Royal Mail 2nd Class. A First Class option is also available which you can select at checkout if required, at a cost of 25p for a single DVD.
If you purchase 2 or more DVDs together, your postage will be upgraded to 1st Class free of charge.
1st and 2nd Class standard post includes insurance up to £39 - please add 75p to your payment if you want Recorded Delivery.
We also offer Special Delivery via the Royal Mail as a 'Get It Fast' option, for those really urgent purchases - if you require this service, just select 'Special Delivery' from the drop down list of postage options when you go through ebay's checkout procedure.
International Postage
The standard Airmail service offered is insured up to £39 - please add £3.70 for International Signed For (Signature required at Delivery Point) or £4.50 for Airsure (Online trackable). An additional £2.20 to either of these two services gives increased insurance of up to £500.
You get a 50p reduction on P&P for each additional purchase, when paid for together in one transaction; my ebay account is set up to calculate this automatically on checkout.
I do not look to make a profit on P&P and this system usually gives a fair estimate of the actual cost. For larger purchases (10 items or more), please contact me for a revised invoice, as I may be able to offer a further reduction.
Customs Declarations: For buyers outside the EU, please note that I will not put false information on a Customs Declaration form (e.g. mark a purchase as a 'gift').
Returns / Replacements
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund. In the case of a faulty item, I will also refund the return postage. If you have just changed your mind / purchased the wrong region DVD etc, you will need to pay the return postage yourself.
