I have been doing this for 15 years and we have grown from strength to strength. Ebay is a relatively new venture for us but we have adapted to ebay methods and systems fairly quickly and have a an exceptional delivery service in place at a very competitive price.
Most deliveries are next day and are insured. The larger more delicate items are always shipped on a pallet to protect them from any damage.

All our auctions will run their course and the highest bidder will receive the item.
DO NOT ask us to end the auction early, we strongly believe that if you are is bidding, then you have the right to see the auction end. It is what we would expect ourselves.
The placement of a bid constitutes a legal offer to purchase and may not be withdrawn after it has been confirmed. Non Paying Bidders will be left negative feedback and reported to EBay

After purchasing, you will receive an email from EBay, simply click on "Pay Now".
it is very important that you use the EBay Checkout System. This helps us greatly to keep track of our auctions.Even if you wish to collect, simply put "I will be sending payment by....." along with a note of intended collection.

Shipping
Postage and Packaging displayed is for England, Scotland and Wales only.
The Shetland Isles & Scottish Highlands, The Isle of Wight, The Isle of Man, The Isle of Scilly, The Channel Isles, Northern Ireland & South Ireland may have different postage rates according to the weight of the item you are bidding on. E-MAIL us for a P&P rate to these locations.
All our items are dispatched immediately upon recedipt of cleared payment and a postage document is obtained in all cases.
In the unlikely event of damage or loss, we shall either forward the paperwork to you in order for you to submit a claim or, if appropriate, we shall file a claim on your behalf. Claims can take up to 8 weeks before they are finalised.
We use five different delivery systems :
Post office recorded or signed for delivery for small light weight items (upto 3 days)
Carrier for most items signed for or can be left in porch, garage, shed, with neighbour etc(BUT ONLY IF YOU INSTRUCT US BY EMAIL AND YOU CARRY THE RISK OF THE ITEM BEING STOLEN !) (1-2days)
Palletised delivery for very large heavy or "awkward" items(2-3days)
We also do deliveries with our own vehicles and drivers.
Dedicated vehicle carrier for bulk orders and very large items.(Contact us for more details)
It is your responsibility to ensure that the packaging of your goods is checked BEFORE signing the delivery note. If you have received a package that is damaged, it is VERY IMPORTANT that you sign the delivery note as "damaged". The good news is that your goods are insured but you must notify us of any damage within 24 hours of receipt. We will then arrange to collect and replace your item within the usual timescales as indicated in the terms of delivery. We cannot accept claims for damaged goods if the courier has obtained a clean signature or if more than 24 hours after delivery.
If you have not received your item within 5 working days of completion of your order, you must notify us on the 6th working day. If the courier has attempted to deliver your item and has left a card you must contact the couriers direct. If we have had an item returned back to us due to non communication on your part, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Please email/call us with your expected collection day/time to make sure that we have your item ready !
We do not operate a storage facility! Collections must be made within 7 days from the date of your last winning item
Commuications
Communication is everything, please use it!
We give and expect to receive polite and courteous email/phone communications. If you have a problem with your item, please E-MAIL us. Do not just rant and rave, then leave bad feedback while failing to inform us of your problem we will do our level best to sort out any problems !
All email communications will be replied to ASAP
As soon as your payment has cleared, your item will be shipped.
If you have not received your item within 7 days from clearance of your funds, then E-MAILus.
Feedback
Please remember to leave Feedback if you are satisfied with the service.
We use an automated feedback system that will leave yours immediately after you have left ours. This tells us that you were satisfied with the goods and service.
Returns & Refunds
Always read the listed description fully and make sure you are happy with the item. We are honest people and we try to describe all our items as accurately as we can.
We will provide a full refund for the purchase price of the goods (Minus a 12.5% credit card processing fee/restocking fee), but not any P&P charges (If delivery has been made).
In order for us to provide a refund, all goods must be unopened and in perfect condition. We unconditionally reserve the right not to refund if the goods are not returned in a suitable condition.
Please note that if you exercise this right, you will have to pay the cost of returning the goods to us.All items must be returned in their original packaging. Our couriers will not collect unpackaged items.
Any refunds will be strictly limited to your winning bid only. You are also responsible for the return postage costs so think before you bid!
