At the present time this I believe is still permitted, but may change as the new rules are rolled out.
Coupled to this there is generally insufficient space within ebays infamous postage stamp message system to compose an accurate reply to a lengthy or complex question.
To answer a relatively simple question is no problem.
But when the required answer is either lengthy or complex in nature it becomes difficult to answer with any degree of accuracy, and almost impossible without the option to link to either a relevant manufactures site or one of our comprehensive evaluation /installation pages .
At the moment as far as I know ebay are not banning the use of the telephone between a retail company and a customer, We don't hide our contact telephone numbers please see above.
Also I am not sure as to whether we are still allowed to send you a URL in an email.
One or other or both of the above methods of contact either telephone or web site URLs in emails will I feel have to be utilised to convey the correct information .
The trouble is ebay is changing the rules by the minute, at present we are not sure what to do for the best but i am sure it will work in the end.
This will be updated over the next week or two, trying to keep within ebays ever changing rule book, and at the same time keep it as simple as possible.

About our ebay Feed back Policy
A survey carried out by us some time ago discovered negative feedback was nearly always left initially by the guilty party,with both sellers and buyers being equally responsible for this. Coupled to this the fact that many volume sellers would leave their feed back automatically, we came to the conclusion the feedback system was a complete farse.
Even though the above survey was carried out prior to the recent changes in the feed back system. We still intend to carry on as before.
W e at Koi-Bitz do understand the requirement for buyers especially new ones to have an established level of feed back. Therefore our policy still is to always leave complimentry feed back on receipt of payment.

Because ebay make access to individual negative comments often difficult to find and sometimes difficult to understand we have decided to include the following !! and unlike ebay these will not disappear after 12 months. We believe this controversal feed back should be visible to all and not just for 12 months.

Did not read the listing properly and thought our delux telescopic extending pole retailing normally
at up to £27.50 R.R.P. was included.
Probably caused by listening to too much Handel Water music.

As we are a bonafide registered UK company we trade I.A.W. distance seller regs. The buyer was duly emailed to ring our customer services to arrange money back return if not completely satisfied, but failed to do so just left bad feed back.

Even though not showing in our feed back score we have left this one in for its humour value
This one really takes some believing.
Left us Negative feedback after turning down Refund.
Not a nice person
it was from a >>> richy92 <<< item 7737425719 over two years ago now.
Thinks water will defy gravity and run uphill, also thought our totally accurate description was wrong .
He believes the term out of the water / in line means hang in the air and suck water up a tube with no prime. These people in all reallity shouldn't be let loose with a water pistol let alone a Pond / Aquarium pump.
He purchases an impellor driven water pump puts it above the water level hangs a pipe into the water switches on and wonders why water does not flow from the delivery.
After lengthy discussions into the fact that you have to have a flooded suction for pumps of this design to work, he still informs me I am talking rubbish.
Having spent the last 30 years working in an engineering environment dealing amongst other things with industrial pumping systems conveying anything from a clean low viscosity liquid to solids the size of footballs, I couldn't believe what I was hearing.
In desperation and after considering the situation I offered a refund as long as he retuned the pump undamaged. Not good enough.
YesYou have probably guessed it by now especially from somebody who believes water runs up hill. He turned this offer down.
Next he informs paypal I have described the item wrongly. Paypal are called on to make a fair judgment, (Do I hear a little chortle) I will say no more.
But I would recommend not to sell this guy an impellor type water Pump unless it works without being primed.
On second thoughts if you do find one take a patent out on it straight away and let me know we can both retire in luxury.
After much deliberation has to be awarded
