It is managed by me, Clarissa, a work-at-home-mother but no less dedicated to this business and giving you satisfaction in purchasing from me.

Buyers’ Note

We mail items in 24 hrs, except weekends and public holidays. Delivery period is between 7 – 25 working days. When it's in the mail, we cannot tell them to HURRY UP! and arrive in your mail box by a certain day/date. If you require them for an event, please allow days of arrival + days of working on them. If we missed out an item, we’ll mail you again. If the colour is wrong, we’ll mail you a fresh set or compensate you in kind. IN SHORT, we take care of you and your purchase is guaranteed. Please understand that the items come from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and it has to go through handling between postal offices and countries.

Payment Terms

We accept payments through Paypal only. Sorry no cheques, money order or hidden cash in mails.

Buyers from Malaysia & Singapore please pay through bank transfers - Maybank2u and / or POSB.

Combined Shipping

What’s combined shipping? Some buyers may not be aware. First of all, Ebay’s auto-combined shipping system doesn’t work. It considers the first item’s postage into the invoice and the rest ships free. Now that is good news for buyers but not so for sellers because no buyers would like to have a mail asking them to pay more. Well, it happened to me once and the buyer cancelled all her items. So what’s next? After you click several items to buy, just wait. I mean literally. For what? For your postage price to drop, that’s what.

In my listings, most items are indicated in this manner :

1. Free shipping – yes you read right

2. 50% for combined shipping

3. 'As indicated' - Pay £xxx amt for combined shipping. Why pay just £xxx amt? Because, you’ll not be pleased if I double the postage cost to accommodate the 50% off right?   All I want to do is to provide buyers, either buying one or many a fair shipping price. However, please do not forget that sellers have to pay the many many fees imposed by Ebay and Paypal. Thanks for your understanding.

So recap, wait for me to combine all items in a single invoice and pay just one time. Paypal charges £0.20 per transaction, so it is a costly affair (to sellers) to pay for each individual payment and still expects 50% refund for combined postage. I rather you save and be happy with me.

Ex :- 1st highest postage cost ships at full price. Additional items at -50% / or as indicated in the listing page.

Shipping Methods

Items are airmailed daily except Saturday & Sunday & public holidays from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia via Pos Malaysia.

Delivery Period (business days)

Australia / New Zealand / Asia Pacific – 7 – 15 days

United Kingdom / Europe – 7 – 20 days

United States / Canada – 10 – 25 days

The delivery period indicated is an estimation, once the items were mailed out, we are unable to control the arrival period. If you require these products for a specific event, please allow sufficient time for them to arrive.

Recorded Mail Service

All Purchases above £20.00 (inc. postage cost) receive complimentary recorded mail service. Please note it may take longer to clear custom as the receiving countries take strong precautions on mails received this way. Thank you for your patience.

Express Items

If you require the items to arrive within a certain time frame, please let us know prior to purchasing. Express mails are sent via Federal Express and has a minimum cost of 1kg or £17.00

Notification of Delivery Emails are sent to buyers when their items were processed. Please check your email (including the trash section).

However, at times the auto system may not work, so if you were wondering, please message us and we will be glad to reply you. Rest assured that your items do get mailed out.

Mailing Bulk - LIGHT COURIER BAGS - waterproof & tearproof

We use custom-made mailing bags to mail items that are bulky and too heavy for big envelopes. Where necessary; items will be wrapped in bubble wraps to protect them too. Todate we have airmailed up to 2kg in these waterproof & tearproof mailing bags. You receive your items fast, compare to parcel mails.

We welcome your enquiries and questions. It opens a window of discussion and enables us to know what additional items buyers require.

We believe that, with receiving comments - of any sorts, will help us to improve our service, products and prices. However, if you are not happy with the delivery period, prices or products, please please please, let us sort it out prior to leaving it in the feedback. We generally do not like to leave negative feedbacks unless it is REALLY NECESSARILY called for. We don't see leaving negative feedbacks as a retaliation. We see it as a means of standing our ground; that our service has been timely and prices right.

Yes, there are lotsa interesting products waiting to be purchased and presented here. Just tell us what you are looking for (because we don't know). Pretty french laces, round cup, flower & flat sequins, glass-cut beads, acrylic beads, string beads, Matsuno Japanese beads, patterned organza ribbons, organza ribbons used for garters, organza fabric materials and etc. It may not be necessarily related to handicraft or wedding favors.
