We try to offer only good quality collectables and antiques.We buy mainly from various Auctions. We try to package our items to a very high standard to ensure you recieve them in good condition, but Sometimes items are broken in the post because no matter how well the item is packed if it is dropped damage will occur but we will try to sort out these problems..   Customer service Looking after our Customers is the most important thing to us, it is sad when we are given negative or neutral ratings without first getting in touch with us so that we can try to resolve the problems, we understand that some items may look better on the photo then in reality, but questions can be asked during the listing time which we will always answer .We as a Christian couple try and describe as honestly as we can, we will try to never give false information as it is not in our interest (as items are returned to us) or our buyers we check our items and research them to check history etc. It is important to us to get and give feedback, as this is an indication of the quality and service we give.     Listings To protect bidder privacy, when the price or highest bid on an item reaches or exceeds a certain level, User IDs will be displayed as anonymous names.
