Lestocq Heaven (Frankfurt, summer 2005)

 

Hello - my name is Rod, and I've been buying and selling on eBay for some time now. I was originally attracted to eBay because it was renowned for its great range of aircraft kits (OK, I admit, i build aircraft kits as one of my hobbies). Another interest is photography. Combine this with aircraft, and I'm in lestocq heaven!

My eBay name of Lestocq is actually one of my middle names, and I was lucky enough to get it without having to add numbers or hyphens. As a day job, I work for Lancashire County Council, training people to use computers. I travel round the beautiful countryside, visiting libraries and commmunity centres, running courses ranging from basic introductions through to digital photography, DTP, using eBay, and spreadsheets.

Another way I get to travel round Lancashire is that I train people to be Advanced Drivers for the Institute of Advanced Motorists. I like to think that I do some good improving driving standards and helping people enjoy their driving.
