Hi,my name is John Diehl. I live in Okotoks,Alberta Canada (approximately 10 minutes south of Calgary) with my lovely wife Grace and I have been buying and selling on eBay since November, 1999 and enjoy this pasttime as one of my many hobbies. I am a retired school administrator,and my wife is retired from receptionist duties with a dentist and an optometrist.We have 2 grown children as well as 5 grandchildren whom we enjoy very much. At 60+ years of age, I'm still pretty much a kid at heart and live by the adage "you're only young once but you can be immature forever!" :) I buy and sell cards, coins , silver and gold bullion as well as assorted other interesting items that I may come across. As a seller on eBay, we will always do our best to accurately describe the items we have for sale. We will notify you as soon after the auction end as is reasonably possible which is usually within one or two hours. We will comply with eBay's rules and expectations. If you are unhappy with a transaction, we will do our best to resolve any problems to our mutual satisfaction. We always leave positive feedback upon completion of a successful transaction. Negative feedback will only be left under extreme circumstances, however we do report all non-paying bidders to eBay's Safe Harbor. We request that all winning bidders have payment to us within a 2 week period after the end of the auction. We ask that all bidders read the auction information carefully and follow the instructions therein. We ask that winning bidders respond to our e-mail with their mailing address and choice of shipping options, if applicable. Payment is requested in the form of PayPal, and should be in US funds. Exceptions may be made to this by mutual agreement. Finally, we encourage you to communicate freely with us, not only with questions about a specific item but about any aspect of the transaction. We are very flexible and easy to "diehl" with and want above all else to keep this fun and rewarding. Courtesy and respect will be extended to all who we "diehl" with and it is expected in return.
