Post and Packing
I use a mix between Royal Mail Recorded Delivery for 2 to 3 day delivery, and our couriers to give a next day delivery and larger items, I do not add extra into the p&p the price stated is as close as it can be to what it actually costs me.
Prices stated are for postage to UK Mainland addresses; if you are outside this area please contact me to agree a price before buying.
Feedback
Once you receive your purchase and you are happy with everything please leave feedback, I can then see you have received the item safely and you are satisfied with your purchase, I will then leave feedback for yourself.
Please do not leave negative feedback without contacting me first as I will do my best to resolve any issues should they arise.
Returns Policy
I will accept returns up to 7 days of receipt of the item, parts must be returned in the same condition as received, i.e. sealed bags / boxes unopened and adequately packed to prevent damage. Electrical parts cannot be returned.
Should there be a need to return any item please contact me first for authorisation and agreement on who covers return costs.
