Hi! Thanks for taking the time to have a look at us. We are ticket brokers who give high quality service & offer premium tickets at affordable prices. We specialise in those sold out events that tickets can be be so hard to obtain. Our experience and understanding of the ticket market help you the customer get what you want, when you want it. We try to keep an extensive portfolio of tickets, all of which have been bought and paid for by us prior to listing. Our aim is to have you the customer return to us time and time again. We keep you informed and welcome questions which we endeavour to answer within 24 hours.

PLEASE ENSURE ALL QUESTIONS ARE ASKED VIA EBAY, QUESTIONS ASKED THROUGH CONVENTIONAL EMAILS MAY NOT BE ANSWERED & MAY EVEN CONTRAVENE EBAY'S RULES & REGULATIONS

Please take the time to check our feedback, we have never not delivered tickets on time and meet ebay's strict criteria to be a powerseller. We are verified by paypal so you can buy with confidence.

Why do we charge more than face value? Well, we supply premium tickets, our belief is that it is worth a little extra to have top seats. As regular concert goers ourselves we know how important it is to be able to SEE the artist perform.

When you purchase from us you will normally be emailed within 24 hours, thanking you for your purchase and asking which payment method you will be using. Once payment is made we will email you to confirm dispatch of tickets if they are in hand. If tickets are not in hand you may not hear from us until we do have them in hand. As some customers seem to think this is a communication problem and have left us neutral feedback even though we have done exactly what we have been asked to we will endeavour to REPLY to all questions within 24 hours. I am sorry but we cannot give daily updates of tickets we are awaiting from various promoters, if you require this service please do not purchase.

Frequently asked Questions

Why do you charge £4.60 postage for most of your items?

We pass on the charge incurred at the Post Office for sending items by Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is a signed for next day, pre 13.00hrs service, which also insures the item up to £500.(additional insurance cover is available on request). Tickets for some events can be expensive and recorded delivery only insures up to £30. All tickets are sent in a protective jiffy bag, this is free of charge.

You only use a signed for delivery service, but I'm not always at home when the postman calls. What happens if I'm out?

If you're out when delivery is attempted then a card is left and the goods can be collected from YOUR local sorting office for collection within 7 days at your convenience.

Can I have my tickets delivered to a different address to my ebay or paypal address?

Yes, of course. But you must tell us the address and ask for confirmation that we have received your prefered address. Only when we have sent confirmation that we have ammended address details will the new address be used.

When will I get my tickets?

If tickets are in hand, we normally dispatch within 1-3 days of receiving cleared funds. If tickets are not in hand then we will email you when received and then forward them in 1-3 days.

PLEASE NOTE, WHILST WE ONLY USE A NEXT DAY SERVICE (ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY) WE DO NOT ALWAYS DISPATCH TICKETS WITHIN 24 HOURS.

When are tickets released for concerts?

This is without doubt the most asked question! Unfortunately there are no hard and fast rules but generally tickets are released about 4-5 weeks prior to the event. Sometimes they are issued earlier and in very, very rare cases it can be just days before the event. Standing or general admission tickets tend to come later than reserved seating. But we have NEVER not been able to get tickets to our customers in time. Most ticket agencies offer a tracking service which we check on a regular basis to ensure tickets are not missing in transit. To date we have always received tickets.

My friend has received her tickets but I have not received mine?

Nobody ever tells us when they receive their's first! Please be aware for almost every event there are several different agencies involved and tickets are released at different times. Please be patient and we will get them to you as soon as we receive them.

How long do I have before I have to pay?

Ideally please pay at once, but if there is a delay please contact us and tell us A) how you are going to pay and B) when you are going to pay. If an event is imminent we may ask for immediate payment and reserve the right to relist if payment is not made. Any non paying bidder is automatically barred from bidding or purchasing from us for future events.

What happens if I lose my tickets?

Treat your tickets the same as you would cash, if you lose them they are gone forever, we cannot replace them.

Can you tell me the seat numbers?

No. There are a number of reasons for this but briefly here are some... there are malicious people who for whatever reason will try to sell tickets they have never bought, if they know the seat numbers they may try to contact the venue and obtain duplicates, venue policy is to cancel and reissue on the night but only to the original booker with the credit /debit card used in the first instance. Also copycat selling has been reported so our we are rigid in this policy. We will only reveal seat numbers when cleared funds have been received. No exceptions EVER!

If you won't tell us the seat numbers how do we know where we are sitting?

Where possible we will normally include a seating plan which will show where your seats are. This should be treated as a guide and whilst we try to be as accurate as possible we are reliant on information passed to us from the venues and ticket agencies.

Can my seats be changed?

This is extremely rare, but if a seating plan is changed then the promoter can recall tickets and issue same face value alternatives. An example of this would be if an an artist wanted a catwalk or an additional stage. On the rare occasions this has happened the replacement seats have been adequate but we will always give you the option in this case for a FULL refund or the alternative seats. We will never change seats unless it is absolutely beyond our control.

Can I return my tickets for a refund?

If a show is CANCELLED we will automatically refund you once we have received confirmation from the event promoter that it is not to be rescheduled. In all other cases it is at our discretion but please be aware there will be a handling chare of 20% of the sale price or £20 per ticket purchased to cover administration costs.

Listings

To protect bidder privacy, when the price or highest bid on an item reaches or exceeds a certain level, User IDs will be displayed as anonymous names. For auction items, a bold price means at least one bid has been received.

Note: Anonymous names may appear more than once and may represent different bidders.
