Our parts inventory consists of well over 76,000 square foot of shelves (we doubled our capacity in winter 2008), stacked with parts ready for dispatch on the same day as ordering. Every part is almost always in stock, but should a particular part be unavailable rather than waiting for delivery we even air mail stock in, so back-up is always available. Our staff members have years of experience and are well placed to advise on repairs and problems for most ranges of Chinese models, and actively research to find solutions to any new problem.
