Welcome to my About Me page. My name is Lorraine (as you may have guessed by the title) and I live in north Kent with my partner and our 2 children. I have been selling on ebay for over 9 years now, what started off as a hobby has turned into a full-time business. I like to treat my customers in the way I would like to be treated. Having 10 years retail management experience behind me I know that good customer service is important to you. I send purchases daily Monday-Friday and I aim to answer all emails within a few hours, usually within the hour during the day. Most items are sent 1st class (or airmail if international) unless it is a heavy package, these will be sent parcel post. If you require your package to be sent by recorded delivery, special delivery or surface mail please email me and I will let you know the revised postage charge. I combine postage on multiple purchases.

I do like to receive your payment within 7 days, if you have a problem with this please email me and we may be able to sort something out. If you want to return any item please email me and return it within 14 days of receipt and make sure it is returned with all original packaging intact. A refund will be given minus the postage costs.
