We deal in all forms of ladies, mens, kids fashion & accessories. 

All our goods are genuine and we have receipts to prove their legitimacy and where they were purchased. We only deal with legitimate traders who have a history of good quality performance and we review all our stock before purchase and listing. Any stock we believe to be unsuitable for sale is not listed.

Primarily we deal in ex-catalogue stock purchased from reputable dealers, so we know all our stock is 100% genuine and we can prove this.

Be assured all our products are genuine and we offer a refund should any customer be unhappy with thier purchase, on return of goods.

Please get back in conatct with us if you want to return your item. You should note that we require returns to be identifiable to the person returning the item. As a minimum you need to include the packing slip (or copy of) plus all wrap and tags supplied. It is essential that you return any barcodes supplied in the packing. This is so that we can process a speedy and efficient exchange or refund to the correct person for the correct item. Failure to return the item as sold or without the packaging or without the attached labels or without the barcodes or in otherwise poor or smelly condition will incur a re-packaging charge of £1 and/or a cleaning or write off charge which can be up to the full value of the item. Non-faulty returns are welcome, but you should note that we do not refund postage.

Payment not received within 5 days will result in item dispute being raised - unless otherwise agreed & confirmed with us. This gives buyers a further 4 days to pay/respond. We will automatically close the dispute on day 4 if payment is not received and file for our final value fees to be credited. The non-paying buyer will get a strike, which we will not remove. We will also place non-paying bidders on our blocked bidder list. Please note that not paying costs us time & money, as we do not get our original listing fees credited back by ebay, nor do we get a free re-list.

We will send out your item the next working day after payment has been received.

Please note that the free delivery service refers to Royal Mail only.

We can arrange for delivery through non-Royal Mail services. Please let us know who you want us to use and we will arrange a quote for delivery for you.

Please note that we do NOT send to Italy. This after a number of items have gone "missing". The level of loss is unaccepatable in Italy and we will not stand the risk. All Italian bids (winning or not) will be cancelled or refunded with a suitable expalnation attached.
