I aim to describe all items completely and accurately. Please make sure that you read the item description prior to buying or bidding.

If you are intending using the item for any purpose other than the one stated in the item description then I will not be responsible for any issues arising from non-compatability.

I aim to depatch all items within 2 working days of payment being cleared. Method of postage is stated in the item description. I always obtain a certificate of posting.

Payment must be recieved within 7 days of the end of auction. I follow E-bays's unpaid item process, and report all non paying bidders to E bay which may result in the suspension of their account. Negative feedback will also be left for all non paying bidders.

If you bid on or buy more than one item at the same time and wish to combine the postage, please wait until you have recieved an invoice from me prior to sending payment.

Postage and packing charges do not necessarily represent the actual postage cost. I aim to offer a competitive price including the postage. Please make your purchase decision based on the total cost of the item, including the postage

Returns will only be accepted if the item is faulty or damaged in transit ( All items are tested on dispatch).Returns for any other reason eg. you changed youir mind about the item or did not read the item description fully, will not be accepted back.

Returned items are always inspected and tested on their return.

Return postage must be covered by the buyer, and a certificate of posting should be obtained from the post office. If no certificate of posting is obtained and the item is lost in the post, no claim would be able to made against the post office and the buyer would be liable

The Royal Mail do not class post as lost until 21 days have passed.

Normally, where an item does not arrive, it has been returned to the sorting office. If your item does not arrive, in the first instance you must check with your local sorting office to see if it is there. In the unlikely event that your item is lost in the post then I will supply the certificate of posting for you to to make a claim against Royal Mail. It is the buyers resonsibilty to make a claim to the Royal Mail or any other carrier that is used.

Any undelivered items returned to me by the Royal Mail due to wrong address or items not collected from the sorting office will only be redelivered on reciept of an additional payment equal to the stated postage cost in the advert description.

All sales are final, In the event that you recieve a faulty item I will refund in full the cost of the item (not the postage and packing) upon its return to me.

I may not be the cheapest on E-bay but I only supply good quality.

After all the years of being a musician I do know what I am looking at, and I am always happy to give advice if I can.
