All our items are sent out in specialist packaging and we aim to despatch everything within 24 hours of receipt of payment (allowing for the fact that our local post office is closed on Wednesday and at weekends).

Goods are posted without insurance, unless specifically requested and paid for as an additional charge. Owing to the volume of items posted each day we are unable keep a record of individual proof of postage.

Should any problems arise we are always happy to do our best to sort things out. Please do not use feedback to make a complaint as this will only result in acrimony and the buyer being blocked from any further purchases.
