We aim to post out our items promptly once payment has been received. We post in the mornings Monday to Friday and our postage costs include handling, packaging materials and actual postage costs. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged parcels once posted unless insurance is taken out. We always obtain proof of posting and will do our best to help if parcels go missing but we are not obliged to do this on uninsured packages.
We appreciate prompt feedback from our customers as it lets us know that the item/s have been recieved safely. Please do contact us first before leaving feedback if you are any way unhappy - we are are here to deal with any problems or queries in a timely and fair manner!
