Welcome To Mike's Page
My name is Mike Ashman and I live down here in Panama City, Florida which is on
the Gulf Of Mexico in the Florida Panhandle about 80 miles southwest of
Tallahassee. My personal interests are Woodworking. buying and selling on eBay,
computers and Guitars and Trollbeads. I buy and sell all sorts of stuff such as
old books and magazines. National Geographic and Old Baseball books are my
favorites. My eBay policies are pretty simple. I try real hard to keep customers
happy. I will always do whatever it takes to keep a customer happy, including a
full refund of the purchase price. I have been an eBay member since March 29,
1999.
Trollbeads
I have been selling Trollbeads on eBay since July of 2008. I started selling retired glass and silver Trollbeads but starting in 2009 I started specializing in what formally was called OOAK (One of a Kind). These are now referred to as 'Unique Glass" Trollbeads. All of my Trollbeads are guaranteed authentic and produced by the Trollbeads company. My Terms Of Sale
I ship Trollbeads by USPS 1st class mail. For larger boxes I can
use UPS or Federal Express. This is the byers's choice. I ship within one day of
receiving payments or the same day if your payment arrives early enough. I will
immediately refund your payment if your purchase doesn't arrive within a
reasonable time (14 days for Priority Mail, 30 days for Media Mail). Just let me
know, I'll take your word for it. I notify winning bidders immediately after the
auction ends, and provide all the information and links needed to complete
payment. I expect an email response within three days, and payment within 7
days, in accordance with eBay's guidelines. If you can't adhere to this
schedule, no big problem, but please send me a note explaining why. I do stand
behind my auctions and will refund your money including shipping if you feel
that a item was mis-described. I'm happy to ship internationally. I use the post
office for shipping, and prefer Paypal, but will cheerfully accept Checks and
Money Orders. If you have lots of good feedback I can usually ship as soon as I
know that payment is being sent. I always post feedback and I will ship multiple
items for one shipping charge.
My Packaging
When you receive a package from me, it will most likely be the best packed box you will ever receive. I use high quality, heavy duty boxes that I purchase from the Uline Company. You won't get some box dug out of a dumpster with cheese on it. All my labels are computer printed with a backup address label enclosed in the box. I use lots of bubble wrap and packing peanuts and 'Fragile" or "Handle with Care" stickers where required. What is the point in this if you receive something damaged due to poor packing. I only charge the actual shipping charges. I do not charge packing or handling charges.
