Firstly let me thank you personally for taking the time to view our auctions and for taking the time to find out more about us!

Set out below is a brief history of us, our business and how we operate.

MattRoe Ltd is owned and operated by myself (Matt) and Greg, my best mate of 30 years. We were both looking for a change and realised that the skill sets we had between us were conducive to setting up and running a successful business. Myself coming from a sales and IT background with a passion for customer service and Greg particular suited to technical assembly and warehouse management. MattRoe Ltd is based in Congleton in Cheshire and specialises in home and leisure equipment - for example well priced furniture and home gym products.

It is our primary aim to provide our customers, not only with the highest level of customer service available but also quality items at a fraction of their retail cost. We genuinely believe that you will not receive better customer service or better priced furniture or home gym equipment out there anywhere. As we are able to buy in large quantities we simply pass the savings down to our customers, so a large majority of our auctions will finish for half the RRP or lower. We have found eBay to be an invaluable partner which has enabled us to grow into a successful business in a relatively short period of time.

We have recently moved in to a 25000 square foot warehouse, allowing us not only to expand our product range but also to keep prices low in these troubled credit crunch times.

Our feedback is of particular importance to us, we see it as a testament to the way we run our business. Deliveries
We can only post to mainland UK only. If you require postage outside then please message for details. We offer very well priced delivery in our own company van within a 30 mile radius of Congleton in Cheshire – please message us for price details. For anything outside of this we have a contract with a well known courier company who hold the same values of price and quality of service as we do. That enables us to offer a speedy and cheap service that is reliable. Once dispatched your purchased items will be with you within 24 hours.

YOUR ORDER IS VERY IMPORTANT TO US. Your order will be dispatched within 3 working days of payment. We will keep you informed during every step of the process.

Guarantee / Returns Procedure
Your product has not been manufactured by us; products are purchased in bulk from manufacturers and retailed on eBay. Therefore like you we expect the product to be correct. You can be confident in the fact that any unforeseen issues will be dealt with immediately.

We have a strict and thorough QA procedure, however if you have any missing parts then please contact us and we will send the missing parts or a replacement part as soon as possible. Please remember this may mean that the manufacturer will need to be contacted to send the part to us, but please rest assured that we will handle your query as quick as possible.

Furniture returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for manufacturer defects or transit damage. The item must be returned within its original packaging and full refund less postage will be issued or a replacement supplied if available. We offer a 30 day return policy on our home gym equipment - the only warranty offered with these items.

Please note if you are returning the item because you have changed your mind we will refund you less carriage out and back to us. The item must be packed as delivered so it can be resold.
