Maw Racing BMX & 4X Team 2006

On the success of the 2003/2004 season MAW CYCLES Team move forward and stepped up a level to attend national racing with a British cycling registered 8-person team, made up of mixed ages and abilities, both amateur and professional.

MAW CYCLES RACE TEAM are committed to grass root level racing, we believe that the young and old novice riders are the future of our sport and without these riders there would be no Bmx racing.  We encourage all age groups and abilities by sponsoring a rider of the day trophy for every regional event that we attend. Maw Racing has also sponsored over 300 riders at the British Championships this year by supplying the Midlands region with their number plates.  It is important to us that these riders receive the help and guidance that they require.

On the strength of our years in Bmx racing MAW CYCLES Race Team have now branched into 4x Mountain Bike racing, Downhill, Cyclo Cross and Cross Country Racing.

This is our first year in this discipline and we have already had great success.  One of our riders is leading the juivenille series of NPS 4x and our other riders are doing just as well.

We have now got a rider who has won two National Champs titles and two riders who have won National 4X Series.

Our knowledge of bikes and their components is second to none and our retail side of the business is thriving.
