Why have I set up Ultimate Emporium on EBay?

The simple answer is Customer Satisfaction, you know how it is. You see something you really would not mind, keeping an eye on it each day (popping on at work when you're not supposed to!) finally plucking the courage to bid. The end arrives & YOU HAVE WON (that feeling is fantastic isn't it). A week or so later, sometimes longer, your item arrives & it is not all it was cracked up to be, PANTS!. Bad descriptions, iffy pictures, not so nice dealers, items claimed to have been sent, I have been there & quite frankly have been well miffed.

My descriptions are honest & as accurate as I can make them, if it is an item people want further info or pictures of I am happy to oblige.

Don't get me going about HUGE POSTAGE COSTS - RUBBISH, it should be enough to cover postage & insurance with a very small percentage for time taken.

I have allowed local pick up of items saving on postage, I have even had items to the customer through the post within 24HRS of it finishing. That positive feedback is worth all the extra effort.

I believe EBay is the best marketplace for us ordinary people & I refuse to let Idiots & money merchants take all the fun & enjoyment out of it...

Enough of my whining...get yourself back out there & Bid away to your hearts content, safe in the knowledge there are some of us who still care.....
