Typically, our customers have used or tested the products at a 'bricks and mortar' shop and know what they want but don't want to pay those over the counter prices. All our products are brand new. You can return our products if you choose, but only if they haven't been tested. If you love those gorgeous top quality products but would rather pay a reasonable price then shop with us!
