eBay Sales - How to Get the Postage Discounts: 

All UK postage is based on the HIGHEST postage item + £1 for each additional item paid and posted at the same time

1. Locate the items you wish to purchase and Click Buy Now & confirm the purchase for each one. 
   DO NOT PAY for the items one at a time. 

2. When you have finished Buying go to your own MY EBAY Page and Locate ITEMS WON 

3. Check that all purchases appear as one order with one delivery charge. If they do please process your payment. 

4. If they appear as separate purchases each with a separate delivery charge DO NOT PAY. 

5. When we combine your purchases you'll receive an invoice via eBay. 
   Delivery Discounts are lost if individual items are paid with separate payments because separate payments trigger higher payment processing costs. 

6. If your items have not been combined into one order please send a message via eBay requesting the total payable.

International Delivery Discounts:
We do combine International Purchases & offer substantial delivery discounts. Buyers residing outside the UK should contact us first for a total cost. Then follow the procedure as shown above

Payment:

You DON'T need an account to use PayPal or NOCHEX See link on web page. Paypal or NOCHEX are by far our preferred payment methods.
If you have to pay by cheque, please allow 10 working days for cheque clearance, goods will then be dispatched. It is quicker to send postal orders, as goods will be dispatched straight away. Please include item number with any payments, otherwise we don't know who its from. International orders by PayPal only.

Postage:
We generally post every working day up to approx 3.30pm. (Except large/heavy items that may go the next day)
However if you need an urgent delivery let me know and I will see what I can do to help.
PLEASE NOTE: Collection is not possible on any Mikes Diving purchases.

Feedback:
We try very hard to provide a friendly, speedy and professional service and my objective is to be viewed by all eBay users as a valued seller.
Once you have left feedback, I will do the same. Due to the volume of sales, feedback is automatically given as soon as feedback is received from any buyer.

Warranties & Faulty Goods: 
New Items are warranted for 3 months. Faulty goods will be replaced or refunded, at our discretion. If over 14 days since purchase they will be replaced if found faulty upon inspection.

Return's: 
We operate a 15 day returns period. Goods returned for a refund must be returned in the same condition as originally supplied i.e. As new condition, unused in water with all packaging and tags. Goods returned for exchange will be subject to a new delivery charge. We Refund the price paid for the Goods, delivery charges are not refundable. Refunds for Items supplied with Free Delivery will be subject to a £3.00 deduction.
