COMBINED LISTING POSTAGE DISCOUNTS

If making purchases from more than one of our listings at the same time we will always combine the postage where possible.

Rather than offering a cross the board minimal discount, simply pay the amount as usual on Checkout, we will pack and weigh the complete order and refund back any excess postage immediately. Alternatively you can request an invoice before payment.

This may mean that certain items actually cost you nothing for P&P

In addition, if we have made a mistake with the P&P charges, or find a cheaper but equal shipping method, we will refund any appreciable difference

Now we can't be fairer than that... can we

DUTY AND TAXES

Please note that international buyers are responsible for any duty charges imposed on the goods by the customs service in that country.

SHIPPING

All orders received before 3pm Monday - Friday will usually be posted the same day, orders after the 3pm cut off time will be posted the next working day. We need the 3pm cut off to enable us to pick and pack your order and get it to the Post Office before the last collection.

Unless otherwise stated all items are sent first class post, more expensive items will be subject to Recorded delivery charges as indicated on the individual listing. International shipping is by Royal Mail Air Mail, more expensive items will be sent by Royal Mail "Airsure service", or "International Signed for" as indicated on the individual listing.

NONE DELIVERY

We always email to confirm dispatch of goods and we do retain proof of postage, Usually there is no problem with delivery but Royal Mail have been known to lose or damage items entrusted to them. Should your order not arrive please notify us and we will email you a copy of the Proof of postage to confirm we have posted the item and we will after the appropriate time make a claim against Royal Mail, once the claim has been  made and settled by Royal Mail we will either send a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

In all cases we have to abide by the rules laid down by Royal Mail which states :- 

Extract from Royal Mail web site... "Please wait 15 working days (from the due date of delivery) before completing this form as we would not consider an item as lost until 15 working days have elapsed. We allow the 15 working days for items to be returned to the sender if there are any delivery problems"

International buyers please be aware that Royal Mail do not consider an item as lost until 25 days have elapsed since due date of delivery.

If an item arrives in a damaged condition please sign the delivery receipt document  "UNEXAMINED" . Please email us pics of the damage and the packing material, we may request you return the item to us for inspection ( in such cases we will cover the postage), or that you retain it for inspection by the carriers.

RETURNS POLICY

In ALL cases of returns you must email us for a RAN (Returns Authorisation Number) stating clearly the item description and reason for the return. We will then respond with the RAN number which you should clearly mark on the reverse of the package prior to sending back to us.
Any item returned without a RAN number will not be accepted.

FAULTY GOODS
In the unlikely event of an item being damaged or faulty in any way we will issue a full refund (including your return costs) on receipt of the item back into our stores.

If we find that the item has been returned to us in fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on return postage costs.

CANCELLATION
If you wish to return an item simply because you’ve changed your mind, or wish to cancel the contract, a refund of purchase price and initial postage will be paid on receipt of the item.  It must be returned in its original packaging and in an unused condition. Return postage costs are your responsibility. Such returns should be made within 7 working days of receipt.
 
In all cases the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the package using a trackable delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
