We are a husband (Mike) & wife (Mel) who initially started out on EBay years ago buying & selling the occasional item. Our very first purchase off EBay was a pair of tickets to see “Robbie Williams” at Knebworth back in August 2003.
We required some packaging materials ourselves to send out our odds & ends, & we found it quite expensive to buy, so we searched for wholesalers & manufacturers and ventured into selling packaging IE: the Mailing / Mail Order bags that we currently sell today.
Although we run a small & successful Business, we are far from being rich, but at least it keeps the wolves from the door.......... It also enables Mel to be able to work at home and be there for our little girl Amber and also her treasured mother, Bee who sadly developed & now has advancing Alzheimer’s disease.
We have worked hard to build our good reputation & status with EBay, and are constantly striving to maintain Top Level Customer service and supply Excellent Quality Goods at Low competitive prices.
If you need any advice or clarification about the goods we sell please write to us via the EBay ‘contact seller’ link and we will happily answer your question within 24 hours. If you do not receive an answer within 48 hours please forward your request again as we may not have received the original one.
All our items are hand counted & quality checked by us prior to dispatch, however the occasional mistake may occur. In this instance please notify us ASAP so we can rectify it.
We send out many of our larger orders in multiples of Large Letters as opposed to Parcels because this enables us to keep the postal costs down to a minimum. Example: It is cheaper to send out 2 x 750 gram large letters than 1 x 1.5 kg Parcel. And also if YOU the buyer are not at home when the Postman calls, he can usually drop the items through the letter box, rather than leave a card for a Parcel, that you would then have to arrange to collect or have re-delivered. We also send at our own discrection higher value multiple items via Recorded Delivery & this is covered in the P&P costs, we do not charge any extra.

Payments
· PayPal only.
· All payments to be received within 5 days please, or at least some contact made to advise us accordingly.
· Please be aware that E-cheques do take 10 working days to clear via PayPal, and goods will only be sent upon clearance.
· Non-Payers & Time Wasters will be reported to EBay.
Shipping
· UK only - Royal Mail 2nd Class service used as standard. Larger orders may be sent out via Standard Parcels, or Recorded delivery at our discretion.
· 1st Class postage is a little extra, so please ask for an adjusted invoice before completing checkout.
· All items are dispatched within 24 hours (usually same day before 1400 hrs) of cleared payment being received. This excludes Weekends & Bank Holidays.
· A certificate of posting is always obtained, and therefore we cannot be held responsible for any delays or lost items once they have left us, and are in the hands of the relevant carrier.
· We will however assist with any claims that need to be made for recovery, and will only offer refunds or replacements once 15 working days has elapsed, as this is the guidelines set down by Royal Mail for claims.
· Sorry - No collection facility is available.
Feedback
· Once you have paid for your items we will send you a payment received notification, a dispatch notification and leave you feedback, as you will have completed your part of the transaction with us.
· When you receive your items please could you leave corresponding feedback so we know everything is in order? Otherwise we have no way of knowing whether you have received your goods.
· If for any reason you are unhappy with any part of your transaction with us, please advise us and we will endeavour to sort it out.
· Communication is the key to all issues.
· Don’t just leave negative feedback, that’s too easy to do………
Returns Policy
· Full money back guarantee for any unwanted items returned to us within 14 days after you have received it.
· Return shipping and handling costs are to be paid at buyers own expense, unless items are faulty or not as described.
· All unwanted items must be returned in their original & re-saleable condition.
